fluids, and is easily cleaned with soap and water. The Rhino-wicker™ surrounds a wire
crate and the bottom of the crate is a removable double-tough pan.
[Important Note: Because of the Rhino-wicker™ material, Designer
Dog Crates are not recommended for puppies in their “teething” or “chewing
stage” (which is usually up to 6 months of age), nor for dogs with chronic chewing

Once you receive an RMA #, all you have to do is follow the simple instructions that will
be included with your notice. Once the product is received, we will immediately issue your

offer a 30 day warranty. In the event a product needs to be returned due to a defect in

Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA #). Once you receive an EMA #, all you have to do is
follow the simple instructions that will be included with your notice. Once the product is
received, we will immediately repair or replace your crate, and immediately ship it back
to you via UPS Ground.
Orders by credit card, cashier's check or money order are shipped
immediately via UPS Ground and delivered within 5-10 business days. Orders paid with
business or personal check are shipped via UPS Ground upon clearance of funds within 7-10
business days.
